I NEED PART TIME JOB! Are you looking for a person to handle your properties in Cagayan de Oro while you are in other countries? I am offering my services to you for a minimal fee that is within your budget. My services would include the following: 1) Administering your properties in your behalf particularly building administration;2) Collection of rentals and remitting or depositing it to your bank account;3) Take charge of business permit/real estate taxes. Remember this is only a part time job because I have regular office work job from Monday to Friday.
